All returns require proof of purchase from Microfit Auto Parts Inc.

Prior authorization by Microfit Auto Parts Inc. is mandatory for all returns.

Microfit Auto Parts Inc. will issue a Return Goods Authorization (RMA) Number upon authorization.

To qualify for full credit, parts must be returned in "Sellable" condition and in their original packaging within 30 days from the invoice date.

Parts with an intact CAPA SEAL are eligible for return; those with a broken seal are not.

Damaged or defective parts must be returned within 10 days of the invoice date.

Please look over all parts when they are delivered or within the same business day.

Returns initiated after 30 days from the invoice date are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Return requests made after 60 days from the invoice date will be declined.

Parts that have been altered, painted, or damaged (whether during or after installation) are ineligible for return.

Approved returns will be collected during the next scheduled delivery to your location.
